Georgetown Canvas Days: August 14-15 & 21-22, 2018 has ended
The Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS) and University Information Services (UIS) invite you to Canvas Days, August 14-15 and 21-22, 2018, to learn about and explore Canvas, Georgetown’s new digital course management system.

This series of presentations and workshop sessions is intended for both those new to and experienced with Canvas.  Sessions will cover topics such as Canvas basics, migrating from Blackboard to Canvas, grading in Canvas, engaging students, and designing your course in Canvas.  There will also be an opportunity to meet with a CNDLS or UIS staff member one-on-one to discuss your Canvas questions or get assistance in migrating your Blackboard content.

The programming schedule for August 14-15 repeats again on August 21-22, and you are welcome to attend any combination of sessions and days.  Participants may attend in-person or online using Zoom web conferencing.
